Thank you for shopping with mfibiss. Please review our Shipping Policy below for details on order processing, shipping methods, delivery times, and important shipping information.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM MST
Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that processing time does not include shipping time.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time
We currently offer the following shipping options for orders within the United States only:

Express Shipping
Shipping Time: 5–7 business days
Cost: $19.90 -
Standard Shipping
Shipping Time: 7–12 business days
Cost: Free for orders $69.00 and up; $9.90 for orders $1.00–$68.99
3. Estimated Total Delivery Time
The total delivery time includes both order processing time and shipping time:
Total delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
- Standard Shipping Estimated Total: 8–15 business days
- Express Shipping Estimated Total: 6–10 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on carrier operations, weather conditions, holidays, peak seasons, or other unforeseen delays.
4. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to the United States only. At this time, we do not offer shipping to other countries or regions unless otherwise stated on our website or at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use the tracking number to check the shipping status of your order at any time.
6. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours after placing your order. We will do our best to assist you before the order is processed. Once the order has been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made.
7. Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please:
- Check your tracking information first.
- Contact our customer support team at info@mfibiss.com if there is no update or if there is an issue with the shipment.
We will respond and assist you within 24 business hours.
8. Important Notes
- Delivery times are calculated in business days only, Monday through Friday.
- Weekends and public holidays are not included in processing or shipping times.
- Shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, severe weather, incorrect shipping information, or peak shopping seasons may occur and are outside our direct control.
- Processing time and shipping time are separate and should be calculated together for the estimated total delivery time.
