Do you ship internationally?
No. We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
How long does shipping take?
Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Delivery
Standard Shipping usually takes 7–12 business days after dispatch.
Expedited Shipping usually takes 5–7 business days after dispatch.
Shipping times may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, peak seasons, incorrect shipping information, or other unforeseen delays.
What shipping methods do you offer?
We currently offer Standard Shipping and Expedited Shipping for orders within the United States.

How much does shipping cost?
Standard Shipping: Free for orders of $69 or more
Standard Shipping: $9.99 for orders under $69
Expedited Shipping: $19.99
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
You can use the tracking number to check the shipping status of your order at any time.
What if my tracking has not updated?
Tracking information may take some time to update after your order has been shipped. If your tracking has not updated for several business days or you notice an issue with the shipment, please contact us at info@mfibiss.com.
Can I change my order or shipping address?
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours after placing your order.
We will do our best to assist you before the order is processed. However, once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.
Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@mfibiss.com.
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped. Please double-check your order details before placing your order.
What if there is a problem with my order?
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@mfibiss.com.
Please include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos or videos showing the product condition and packaging. We will review the information and provide further instructions.
Do you accept returns?
Yes. We accept returns for eligible products within 30 days of delivery.
To start a return, please contact us at info@mfibiss.com before sending any item back. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
What items are eligible for return?
To be eligible for a return, the item must be new and unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging if applicable. It should also be returned with all included accessories, manuals, tags, or parts, if applicable.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
Will my product look exactly like the photos?
We make reasonable efforts to display product images, colors, descriptions, and details as accurately as possible. However, actual colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, or product batch.
