1. Return Window
We accept returns for eligible products within 30 days of delivery.
To start a return, please contact us at info@mfibiss.com before sending any item back. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- New and unused;
- In its original condition;
- In its original packaging, if applicable; and
- Returned with all included accessories, manuals, tags, or parts, if applicable.
3. Accepted Return Reasons
Returns may be accepted for reasons including:

- Wrong item received;
- Item not as expected;
- Change of mind, subject to the eligibility requirements above.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@mfibiss.com.
Please include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos or videos showing the product condition and packaging. We will review the information and provide further instructions.
5. Return Method
Returns are accepted by mail only. Please contact us before sending any item back. Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions, including the return address and any required return details.
6. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs may depend on the reason for the return and applicable law.
- If the return is due to our error, such as a damaged, defective, or wrong item, we will provide appropriate assistance after reviewing your request.
- If the return is due to change of mind or customer preference, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
- Original shipping fees may be non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return is caused by our error.
7. Refunds
